            When her old man's around, she rants and raves
            at me without let up, while the dumb bastard grins

            When her old man's around, she rants and raves
            at me without let up, while the dumb bastard grins
            and brays like an ass. He thinks everything's all right.
            If she ignored me, he'd be in better shape
            and so would she. Polite talk would cut me dead.
            But she's mad as hell. She'll burn in bed.
